Chef Tesfaye started making pizza for over 20 years starting when he was just 12 years old. Since then he has developed several innovative techniques of creating authentic pizza using only the finest ingredients imported all the way from Italy and worked in renowned establishments across Addis such as Grani di Pepe and others.
